How do I know whether the products are authentic?

To ensure the authenticity of iCareSup products, it must be purchased directly from our website. If purchasing from e-commerce platforms such as eBay and Groupon or an unauthorized third party vendor elsewhere, there is a risk of receiving a product that is counterfeit, used, or defective.

How do I use my coupon code?

At the checkout page, to apply your promotion code, enter the code, and click on “Apply code”. Be sure that there are no additional spaces before or after the discount code. Kindly note that only one promotion code is valid per order. A promotion code cannot be combined with an additional promotion code.

Payment and Security

How do I pay for my order?

We accept most credit cards supported by the PayPal platform.

Is such payment secured?

Yes, we comply with strict security practice in compliance with PayPal.

I cannot find the credit card to use on your PayPal platform, eg. Amex, Union Pay, Octopus, WeChat. How do I pay using these cards?

We are sorry but these cards are presently not offered on PayPal platform. We are working on the use of such credit cards and will upload their acceptance once it’s arranged. In the meantime, please use any of the credit card accepted as shown on PayPal platform.

Can I use a 3rd party credit card for payment?

Yes, you can have a 3rd party pay for your order in as long as the proper data of such 3rd party’s credit card is entered. Do state the correct shipping address which may be different from that of the credit card holder, for proper delivery of your order.

Order and Delivery

Can I get a refund for payment made through my credit card for orders not shipped or cancelled?

Yes, all orders not shipped or canceled, under the terms and conditions of sale, will be credited through the PayPal system.

How long will it take to process my order?

All orders will be processed within 24 hours from time of order, and where your order is out of stock, this will be advised as to the earliest availability.

Can I track my order status?

Yes, you can log in to your account to track the status of your order.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Depending on the country of your delivery address, it will take approximately one week for delivery. For Hong Kong customers, it may be delivered within 3-4 days.
